Refund policy

At Eastory Rugs, every rug is a one of a kind vintage or antique handwoven piece. We take great care in photographing and describing each item as accurately as possible.

If your purchase arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email us with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the rug and packaging (if applicable)

If a return is approved, the rug must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Natural variations, signs of age, and characteristics consistent with handmade vintage rugs are not considered defects.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
